The bouts in L.A. at the beginning of April were tough teams but over all we had a good trip out there. We skated against L.A.'s Angel City, Tampa, FL and Huston, TX. During our down time on Saturday we watched L.A.'s Derby Dolls bank track bout. Then on Sunday evening we had dinner at the Pink Taco and walked out to Hollywood's walk of fame.

In other news...
I officially have Wisconsin state plates on my car :( But the best part of this news was how nice the lady at the DMV was and what a pleasant experience she made it.
Last week on my day off I drove up to Kettle Moraine State Park for some hiking.
Perfect weather.
Beautiful drive.
Could not have asked for a better day.
