To Spokane, Washington We Go!

So if you have not heard Johannes and I have started our trek across the states to Spokane, WA. We started on Wednesday by heading out to Grand Rapids for the night and a chance to see the Haight family once more. As we prepared to leave Thursday afternoon the Haight family dog, Annie, decided she wanted to come with us and pulled all her bedding into the kitchen. As cute as she is and as tempting as it was the car was thankfully packed to the brim and had no room for a black lab. Thursday night we drove into the Twin Cities in Minnesota and met up with Angie Petersen and Luke Anderson (friends from Camp Perkins) for a bite to eat. Lucky for us Luke hooked us up with a place to sleep for the night for free! Friday morning after our coffee and bagels with Angie and Luke we hit the road once more. Due to a sudden snow storm and unsafe road conditions Johannes and I decided to pull off the road and wait the weather out for a bit. So as of right now we are enjoying our Chai Soy Lattes at Luna Cafe in Fargo, ND. We are hoping to make it to Billings, MT tonight but that will depend on the road conditions. Wish us luck!
